Here you can search my current skill set, as well as request skill acquisition for lesser known technologies or subjects. By entering a space-delimited list of skills and selected the desired skills, you can generate a percentage score that determines whether I may be a suitable fit for any potential contract/consulting work you may have currently available.
Skill Request
Skill request's can only be made for subjects that fall within the realm of IT/computing. This covers fields such as programming languages, methodologies, software libraries, infrastructure technologies (software and hardware), etc. Requests that don't entail a potential business relationship are welcome, provided that I'm able to verify the recipient; since technology is always evolving, I'm always happy to accept requests that may better align my current skill set with current market trends. If you have more bespoke requirements pertaining to internal company IP and/or trade secrets, then I'll require that I first sign an NDA before receiving any associated materials.
To make a request please email enquiries@solowing.co.uk with the following information:
- The name and description of the skill which you would like me to acquire.
- Links to existing documentation and technical papers (this doesn't need to be exhaustive, since I'll likely do a brief sweep of the internet for any additional information)
- Any additional information regarding why the requested skill would be beneficial to your business.
